The Fine-tuned Charm System
Now your Charm Level can better reflect how active you are in-game. While you completely depended on the number of flowers you received to boost your Charm in the past, you can be more self-reliant in growing your Charm now!
With the fine-tuned Charm system, whenever you dance, vend at your Stall, use prank items or simply log into HighStreet 5, you will gain Flexi Charm scores.
In Sweet Whispers Version, Charm Level is composed of two scores, namely the original Fixed Charm Score (Shown in the pink bar) and the newly introduced Flexi Charm Score (Shown in the blue bar). The Fixed Charm Score increases with the number of lilies and peach blossoms one receives while the Flexi Charm Score charts how active a player is.
Balloon: Upon use, you will see yourself holding a colourful balloon that can boost your Flexi Charm Score.
Charm Level and Prank Items
There are a wide variety of prank items available in Sweet Whispers Version, but they are available only to those who meet the specific Charm Level requirements. Study the table below to see what prank items are available to players of different Charm Levels via the Stall system:

Charm Level and Rewards
Two more Charm-level related titles will be added in this game update: when you level up to Charm Level 32, you will be able to get the new title of ‘Breezy Charmer’ and when you hit Charm Level 35, you will get the ‘Gracious Charmer’ title.
