You can top-up your account online in the Paypal Top-up Interface on the official website. You can as well purchase HS5 Top-up Cards from the official outlets and login to the Online Top-up Interface to top-up your account.

There are two types of top-up:
a) Top-up via Top-up Cards: It takes about 15 minutes for Cash Points to be credited to your account. Therefore, after you have topped-up your account, you may not see Cash Points credited to your account immediately. Please be patient and login to the game after a while to check if the Cash Points purchased have been credited to your account.
b) Top-up via Paypal: It takes 24 hours for Cash Points to be credited to your account because Paypal transactions are subject to manual verification.

If Cash Points are not credited to your account during the time specified above, please contact the Customer Service staff at your earliest convenience oncs@eaglegame.com.my
